There's an old commercial that had the line, "Milk does the body good," but this seems a little overkill.  :)

Congrats for being part of another unique series of photos.  How long did you have your head in the fluid?  Judging by lines of fluid falling from your face near your nose and mouth, it looks like this photo was taken moments after you raised your head.  :)

overkill? that water was under 40 degrees and i was in it for almost 3 hrs! that was overkill!!!! hahaha

Dang!  Even after all the progress you've made to date, people will still not treat you to a heated pool?  What were they trying to do?  Keeping it cool so could use it in their cereal afterwards?  Waste not, want not!  Ha, ha.

3 hours...  Wow.  I'm surprised you did not suffer from hypothermia...  Did you know what you were getting into (literally) when you signed up for that shoot?  I just have the shivers just thinking about it (but the temperature outside is also roughly -4 degrees Fahrenheit right now, maybe -31 with the wind-chill).  :)

I knew it would be cold, but they said they were using heated water...which they didnt. it was so cold you don't understand hahaha
